BladesMadeSimple Turns 4

It’s hard to believe this site has turned 4 years old already. It seems like just yesterday I was putting this site together with the intent to keep a log of blade server related information that I could easily reference when talking with customers.

If you are new to this site, my continued mission is to provide unbiased content that is blade server focused with a simple focus. From time to time, I dig a little into the weeds, but overall, I like to keep things simple (hence the name). In case you are wondering, this site has always been self-funded; I’ve never received a single dime from an outside source. I write because I love to talk blade servers, and because there never was a good source to learn about blade servers. Since the creation of this site 4 years ago, we’ve seen a lot of changes in blade servers including new CPU architectures, more robust networking and even some new blade server designs, so I thought it would be fun to look back at my original posting, as well as some of the most popular links. I hope you enjoy taking a few minutes to look back in time. I appreciate your support over the past 4 years and look forward to continuing with this for many more. ~Kevin Houston
